Located in Paradise Palms Resort, our 4-bedroom, 3-bath family vacation home has a private pool, peaceful water view and no backyard neighbors, all just minutes from Walt Disney World. With comfortable spaces to gather and room to spread out, it's well suited for families, grandparents traveling with children and grandchildren, or smaller groups who simply appreciate having more space and privacy.

A Home Made for Vacation
The open kitchen, dining and living areas make it easy for everyone to spend time together or spread out for a little private space. Cook dinner while the kids watch a movie, gather around the table for games, or simply relax after a full day out.
The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from a quick breakfast before the parks to family dinners at home. And with parking right outside the front door, coming and going with kids, groceries and park gear is easy.

Your Own Pool & A Quieter View
Step outside to your screened private pool and covered lanai overlooking the water and natural area—with no homes directly behind you.
Have coffee outside in the morning, let the kids swim while you relax poolside, or enjoy dinner on the lanai after a busy day. Pool heat and a gas grill are available for an additional fee.
The natural area also brings some entertaining visitors. Ducks may waddle past, turtles can sometimes be spotted, and you may hear a sandhill crane trumpet its arrival. Enjoy the wildlife from the lanai, pool deck or the water-facing bedrooms above.

Four Bedrooms — With a Little Personality
- First floor: King bedroom with adjacent ¾ bath—and a guitar on the wall that is there to be played!
- Upstairs primary: King bedroom with private ensuite bath
- Puzzle room: Two double beds, water view and Disney puzzles assembled by our own family
- Mickey Pirate room: Two twin beds, water view and a hand-painted mural created by a Disney artist
Everyone has a place to recharge, while the little details throughout the home make CR Getaway feel less like a rental and more like a family vacation home.

Paradise Palms Resort — A Few Minutes' Walk Away
A day away from the theme parks doesn't have to mean a day with nothing to do. Paradise Palms offers:
- Resort pool, waterslide and splash pad
- Two hot tubs
- Movie theater
- Game room
- Basketball, tennis, pickleball and sand volleyball
- Children's play area
- Fitness center
- Poolside bar and grill
- Protected Wildlife area and boardwalk

The clubhouse also has a coffee bar serving Starbucks beverages, a Hershey's ice cream counter and a small shop for essentials. Please check with the clubhouse for current amenity hours and availability.

Close to Disney — But Don't Stop There
Disney may bring you to Orlando, but there is much more to see.
We often treat CR Getaway as our home base and venture out—from nearby Sunset Walk and Celebration to charming Florida towns, natural springs, beaches, wildlife experiences, Kennedy Space Center and more.

Guest Access
One assigned parking space is directly in front of the home. Additional vehicles may use open, unassigned resort parking or designated street parking.

Pool Safety
Our screened pool area includes a safety fence between the home and pool, a sliding-door pool alarm and a self-closing mechanism that makes the patio door heavier to open.
To use the alarmed door:
- Press the interior button before exiting.
- When returning, press and hold the exterior button until you hear a beep before entering.
- The door may remain open for up to 10 seconds before the alarm sounds.
- If triggered, the interior button will silence the alarm.
These features add layers of protection, but children should always be supervised around the pool.
