We are excited to share our home with your family. A few house rules:

No glass outside of the house, plastic-ware is supplied for use in the pool area
No food or beverages in the bedrooms
Absolutely no swimming in any of the resort water-ways, ponds, lakes, etc.
We respectfully ask that you do not put suitcases on the beds, this results in damaging the bed coverings
Reservation will result in one registered car on property, if you will have more than one vehicle, please let us know in advance so we may update the security system for entrance to the resort
No parties or non-registered guests, no smoking, vaping or drug use on property, doing so will result in loss of damage deposit and an immediate end of your stay
Outside camera and property manager will monitor for illicit activity
Trash must fit in a bag inside the bench on front porch, citations and fines are given if trash is left outside the bench
We have installed a sliding door pool alarm to help keep all of our guests safe. Disconnecting the alarm is not allowed

For your safety: please remember where there is water in Florida, expect alligators to be also. Other wildlife is also to be expected, coyotes, raccoons, snakes are common. Less common but possible are bob-cats, bears and panthers.

$250 reservation deposit will hold your reservation when booking more than 60 days out. Within 60 days, total reservation amount is due. Please check cancellation policy for details regarding changing dates or cancelling.

Your reservation is refundable up to 60 days prior to arrival but a $50 cancellation fee will apply. Bookings within 60 days are not refundable and must be paid in full. If you have an emergency, please contact us with details and as much notice as possible and we will try to move your reservation to a new non-refundable date. If you want to move the dates of your reservation, please contact us to see if that is possible. However, there will be no partial refunds so you will need to book the same number of nights (or more) and may pay a difference due to seasonal costs.
